LitInventory™ for CT Summation
LitInventory™ for CT Summation is a management tool for administrators of CT Summation Cases, designed to create an inventory of all the Cases in your Case List.
If you don't have a regular procedure to clean out old Cases LitInventory makes it easy get started. If you already have a procedure to inventory Cases you can imagine how much time it would save to click a button and have all the information collected for you automatically.
LitInventory™ saves your time and saves your firm's profits. Multiply the time you’ll be saving by your billing rate because now you'll be free for client-billable hours instead of tedious hours spent on "general Summation maintenance."
LitInventory automatically captures 1) the location, size and number of Case components, 2) user names and the date and time each user last accessed each Case, and 3) maintenance information, i.e. last edit, backup, check, pack and Blaze.
This information is then loaded into a custom Summation database which you can use to review the information, track the actions taken, and manage general information about each Case.
Lookup tables and pre-defined formats and reports are included to help you get started.

*At this time, the LitInventory “CT Summation Cases” custom database works with iBlaze® and LG versions of Summation. However, information can be collected from Enterprise version Cases and viewed in the iBlaze®/LG version.
